Just bought the GK MB212 Combo - love the sound!

My Aerodyne as it arrived from Sweetwater. I've since put a Babicz bridge on it, but I'll have to post an update later. Really like the tone of this with GHS Flatwounds on it!

+1 for playing guitar longer than Bass. I've played acoustic guitar most of my life. Depending on what you'd like to invest, Fender and Alvarez both have some nice, entry level acoustic guitars. If you're pretty confident you'll stick with it and have some $$$ to spend, I'd look at a Martin...
