As a follow up, a can of flat black krylon won out for now. maybe down the road something fancy like tort, but this was the first step away from White.

I did. Vince was cool but no luck with any black hi-flyer spare pickguards. Pick guardian could do a tracing and something very nice I’m sure but, it all in all adds up to be too pricey for my needs TBH. Tort is nice on a sunburst I think but, A can of Krylon in black, or flat black is looking...

If anyone has any suggestions for sourcing a replacement pickguard for the Hi-flier please chime in. I think a version of black is gonna have to happen, not so into the white on sunburst. Might be a custom only thing and too much $ though. Of course there’s always a can of Krylon for the punk...

As far is a bit of neck dive with the Eastwoods, I guess some have remedied that with repositioning the neck area strap screw somewhere else, towards the neck of the body yeah?
