I'm using Curt Mangan for the first time and i'm really happy with the tone. Bright, definition, punch. And now the strings are through the body. The previous owner used to set them across the bridge. What a big difference!!!!!

Thanks Hnz... That's why i did not yet. Beacuse i know it's a rare one. But i miss to see the ash wood. To get another one, i'll need to sell one of my other basses. And i love them too. I will send it to the luthier for a standard set up. I'll play and enjoy it with it's actual look. And...
