Great question...Cliff actually had the foresight to pin the saddle, I think it's pegged below where the G-string sits....if you look at some of the above pictures, you'll see a small hole...I had a similar situation, to what you are referring to, with my CT fretless 6....the saddle would...- Chuck Heuser
