Yeah, I was thinking that the pickups and EQs were similar enough that the G&L could probably get into Stingray territory without much fuss. Actually just got a line on a used USA L2500 that doesn't totally blow my budget. If I pull the trigger on it I'll report back here.

Not usually a big fan of their looks, but that's actually pretty cool.

My main bass at home has been a Triad for a while now. Totally dig Reverend's looks and their necks feel fantastic. Still, kind of leaning towards something with active pickups just to explore that territory a little bit.

Actually the opposite. Bass is a hobby of mine, but I work in healthcare. Thinking I might deserve to treat myself before this is over, but my heart goes out to all the gigging musicians.
