Thanks for great info and yeah I meant the 800 not the 500. For some reason I had 500 locked in my head. The fact that each of these amps have the same look and front end versatility is a big turn on for me.

Hello all, I'm in the market to upgrade from my current solid state 300 amp head. I'm planing on buying one of the new Fender Pro amp heads. As much as I would like to buy the Super BASSMAN 300 I don't need that kind of power but I could be convinced other wise of course. LOL I can afford it but...
