I started playing bass in 2009, I got a Harrier Thunder bass for my 16th birthday (a Jazz bass copy) which was my own first bass, before that I messed around on my dads Warwick Streamer. I've played in a few bands over the years, mostly playing metal, though at home I listen to lots of kinds of music and try to learn that too. My dad is a jazz musician so at one point I filled in with his band and learned a bit about reading sheet music there. I currently play bass in a metal band called Proxist, which is short for Project Exist, and right now as of November 2015 we are working on a full length album which is due for release soon. Aside from music, I enjoy working on editing videos (preferably amateur music videos or band vlogs in the case of Proxist) and I'm in Game of Thrones too which keeps me pretty busy.

Influences and Teachers
Always had an interest in bass as opposed to guitar. I loved Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers' sound and one day when I was about 13 or 14 and was in a band (as drummer) I suggested to my bandmates that we needed a bassist, the reply I got was 'We dont need a bassist' so a while later I was listening to Pantera and I loved Rex Browns playing style so I just picked up my dads bass and the rest is history thats how I started playing the bass :) then all the metal ensued.

I was an endorser of Spector basses from 2012 to 2013

Rex Brown (Pantera, Down, Kill Devil Hill)
Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers)
Cliff Burton (Metallica)
Troy Sanders (Mastodon)
