    I have two Warwick Fortresses, a four string fretted and a 5 string fretless. They both balance perfectly diagonally across your body for the perfect playing position. None of my others, Rickenbacker,Fenders, Hagstrom, Ibanez, do this. They are my "go to" for any gig/job.

    Who Else Started Bass at 14, or some other crazy young age?

    I started learning the bass lines from Sgt Pepper and Disraeli Gears in 1967. I was 15. I'm still playing after being a pro for years. My first bass was a solid mahogany violin bass that I made in a woodwork class and then had to play for my music teacher to prove it was a real instrument.
