Looking at the svt7pro I think the preamp tubes will help a ton ....im thinking that's what I'm gonna go for ....hopefully I don't change my mind lol

What pro line ampeg should I look into ....I've found the SVT7PRO.....looks pretty legit and not too badly priced

The only problem is I've had an Ampeg head before and I didn't really care for it ....then again it was the b2re so maybe that was my problem idk ?

My band plays everything from old school r&b to classic rock to indie rock and everything in-between so I'm looking for something that can handle those genres ....I personally like the classic rock growly kind of tone to be concise....

So I've got ampeg on the list to research anyone got any other heads that might be worth looking into?

I just changed the strings not but a week ago so I've ruled that out....if I completely removed Line 6 from my rig and got a whole new rig including pedals .....what should I start researching? I know that the question is highly loaded but ....at this point I'm all ears.

Yeah I've tried taking the m13 out all together and I just can't get what I want out of it. I can get great tone out of my crappy old Behringer practice amp more so than my gigging rig...... and I have an ibanez that is active as well and I get about the same result with the same combination...

Basically they have everything I want ...active and passive pickups....s1 switch....a Jazz neck...with pearloid blocks and binding....but does anyone think they are worth the 1600 dollar price tag?

If I remember correctly I was watching a documentary about there whole stage setup process and everything and his bass tech was talking about the warm up room bass...ie the white one in Lighted Stage.....and he was saying it was a custom bass some guy in Canada had made for Geddy....I don't...

OK so I am looking to get a new bass here soon and I think I've got it narrowed down to two ....The Musicman Sterling Ray 34 or the Fender Jaguar Bass....both are relatively the same price anyone have experience with either or recommend one over the other?
