Greetings I know this is late for the Lakland 55-60 grounding noise issue, but I learned something from Mike Lull about this. When using shielding paint---either carbon based like you get from Stewart MacDonald, or metal based (ie Nickel Print)---make sure that you coat ALL interior surfaces...
