I have been playing professionally in the KC area for about 10 years now.
I love getting last minute calls to fill in for a gig and they are usually very last minute. Like "can you fill in at 8p?" and they called me 7:50p. The "listen to the songs in the car on the way to the gig to refresh" kinda calls.
I repair gear. Was blessed in that many of the guitar and amp techs took me aside when I was younger and gave me an ultimatum. I could either pay for repairs or I could repair it myself with their guidance. I took the later and it has been the best education I could have received for guitars and amplifier repairs.
Other than that... I guess that sums it up musically.
Starting a YouTube Channel to show off Ampeg Gear and to cover songs and get my own songs out there as well.
And I have been a "lurker" here for about 10 years. This is THE BEST place for information about basses and bass equipment.
