I'm just an old blues guitarist (with a head for abstract mathematical concepts) looking for a new adventure. Recently started playing lap steel again (I played around with a lap steel back in the late 60's when I first began playing, not sure why I ever stopped) and now bass. Learned music theory pretty much on my own, had played French Horn for 1 year in our jr hs band (director was a total dick) but that was mainly just learning the songs we performed. Totally self taught guitarist, it's a very mathematical instrument so it wasn't the hurdle that it might be for others.
