    I made two preamps. One with electrolytic caps and the other tantalum caps as per schematic. Installed the tantalum preamp on a OLP bass guitar that I mod. It includes a Seymour Duncan MM pu. I had no problems. Sound great.

    What pick up would be the preferred choice with this pre amp? Have an OLP bass and all electronics to built the pre amp. Just need the a pick up. Has anyone used an EMG MMCS?
