I dont believe either bass is anywhere near a store near me, however I recently got to play the trbx604 on a competition and I loved how it played but didint get to play around with the sounds it could make.

For sure! Its a JSM1 I believe, its a couple of years old and I bought it from a friend that used it to death so the frets were a bit worn. The bass kind of pops like the string is hitting the frets on certain positions, but aside from that its a solid bass.

Do you think you could help me going through why you would pick this one? Also I found a very good deal that stretches a bit more my budget but puts the 435 and 735 close in price. Do you thint its worth the stretch?

While I do think it can do the job, the frets are a bit noisy no matter the setup, everything else is fine about it but the tone is pretty restricted due to its 1 P pickup and I would like a bit more variety.

Its mainly the playability, fretting is mostly fine however there is slight popping in some frets, slapping is also its worst quality, It just got an adjustment but I don't thing there is any changing that. It's also just a P pickup and I'd like something withba bit more tonal variety.
