It does sort of have that look (and the bridge kind of looks similar), but the body here is much slimmer and the horns are much narrower here.

I wish that I could supply better / clearer pictures but this is about as good as it gets unfortunately. This photo would be from the late 70's or early 80s and the band was English. My first instinct was some kind of Japanese bass, but I haven't been able to find anything with the double P bass...
