Ok, I get it now. Everything seems fine on the board, incl. the bulb, yet still it's not working. I may want to test it or just get a replacement board. Thanks for your help, players! I'll post back with successful results.

I called Ampeg tech support. The person told me the same thing about the light bulb. The light bulb & the rest of the pad, are the only 2 break down parts for this crossover pad. I opened the control pad this evening. The bulb in there is a lengthy glass bulb soldered to the PCB. It is not...

Got a real quick response from Eminence asking for the parts Number on the original speakers. That's top notch!! I could imagine, taking out the tweeter, use the hole as a front port and install drivers with a more suitable EQ, accordingly. What say you, folks?

Just did a little testing and in all honesty, I can't hear a difference in any of the positions. I had the top open and unplugged the tweeter accordingly. Still no difference. Maybe the tweeter is not working. Any way to reliably trouble shoot this? However, my L-pad on the Eden is rolled back...
