    need help deciding

    I was offered a Gallien Krueger 400RB-112 combo amp with an Ampeg 4x8 cab (I think the model is SVT48HE), both for $700. Should I buy this rig (used) or one that is brand new? If new, what would you recommend that's less than $800?
