I own a HA5500 and have some experience with Hartke HA series in older versions. For my ear they have the same sound and same EQ resources. In summary, they are very very similar. Regarding your amp, I would recommend send to some review with technician. I hope it helps

I didn't try with a pencil or pen, but I tried blowing. It didn't work. If I am not wrong, the first time I turned it on, the fan worked. but didn't work anymore. quite strange. If this issue persists, I will be sending it to repair.

I have already checked it, but there's no detailed information there... It only recommends the player to keep the fan free of all obstructions, but it doesn't detail if the fan works all the time

Yo I have a question for you guys who owns a Hartke HA2500 head. Does the fan keep running all the time or only when the head start to heat? My head is not turning on the fan when start to use it. I only used it for a few hours, for test purposes. Not sure if this is a reason to be afraid...
