I have not figured them out yet as I only had time to take the pics so you guys could weigh in on what the heck this thing is. I think the mini /DPDT switch controls the on-off for the lights and it is missing. So, stand by for more info as I gather it. And thanks to all of you for taking time...

Figured it out ...I think.

I can't get the pictures to load but the extra cavities are for.......... yes lights! Also, the dots on the neck are for lights as well! The neck is dead straight, and the truss rod is free. It plays great but as of now I don't know how the lights work. This is going to be fun.

The dots are under the finish. Does anyone have any idea about the headstock design??? I have never seen it before. Also, the orange blocks along with the red and green dots on the fret board are something I have never seen. The neck appears to be original, but I'll know more tomorrow when I...

I have not even tried it yet. Unless someone tells me I would ruin it, because it has some hidden value as is, I will do a complete refurbishment on it, and then try and move it on.

I sure would appreciate any help you can give identifying this cool bass guitar I just picked up. I have not touched it and everything appears to be original.
