So, I glued the insert on the low side then the one on the high side popped. Start again. More glue. Here’s where I got it to. The action feels good, no buzz. What do you think, does it look right?

Hi all, I’m new to this Jack Casady lark. I just came by a gold 2014 model and in changing the strings - which probably didn’t need changing - I’m having trouble with the bridge. Tightening the strings results in the lower screw pulling out its socket. What am I doing wrong?
