What's the difference between the regular finish and satin? I like the satin look more, but I'm curious if there is an aesthetic difference in person.

This thread is making me really like metal flake finishes. I have been scrolling the classifieds and hadn't seen this one. Too bad I'm not really a jazz bass guy, that's really pretty.

I really like the blueburst color, but I have a hard time seeing the blue sometimes. Is the newer one you have more of a bright blue or dark blue? Just curious.
