Funnily enough I bought a 73 telecaster bass last month and it has a jazz route on the body. It has the fender wide range humbucker as standard on the 70s reissues, but it also had a 73 fender jazz bridge pick up routed into the body, but I fitted a lace sensor alumitone with a push/pull tone...
