I have a large piece of 2mm acrylic (plexiglass) and I trace the original cavity cover onto it and then cut it out rough with a multicutter, then shape it "to perfection" with a Dremel...When the new "invisible" cover is done and fits as it should, I mark the screwhole positions and then drill...

So, I had a better idea for a control cavity cover...😉 Drilling time...!!!

It's funny how we all differ in hardware tastes...I see no need to upgrade the Minion's original bridge because, despite everything I expected, it's quite good...However, if I did want to upgrade, I'd use a more compact Schaller 3D roller bridge...The original tuners are 100% crap, to be sure...
