    Any thoughts on explorer-style basses?

    I like them. I play an ESP LTD EX-104 with a Sunn Beta Bass head and a hacked together homemade cab. To me they're very comfortable, but I'm shaped weird. Some people say they're uncomfortable but I feel the opposite. They're a damned big piece of wood though and it's on the heavy side...
