    So far so good. EAD are really deep and solid. G still a little thin to my ear. Sustain is more than I wanted but the narrow string spacing and flat bridge make for really sweet palm muting.

    Squier 40th Anniversary J Vs Fender Player J [VIDEO]

    Just did this exact same comparison but with the P basses. Ended up with the 40th anniversary Squier in Dakota Red. To me it felt better and sounded better plus was $600 cheaper. Easy choice! YMMV
