    playing bass with mallets

    Folks are calling me crazy but in a past life I remember a video (I swear it was midnight oil) where a bassist was playing with two mallets extended from his first two fingers. Can someone fill me in on who this was or possibly a video. Or tell me I'm nuts. Thanks for the help.
