Ah ha! Short Scale'rs can be problematic intonation wise, huh? I didn't know that. I will say it's a hoot to play the Turser live. Fat sound, extremely lightweight, and it gets noticed (usually mistaken for a Hof' but that's ok). I paid $225 on Ebay and it played right out of the box. Wonder...

This is my kind of thread. Here are my two. The fake Hofner is a Jay Turser. Plays very smooth although iffy on intonation. The Eko Florentine is beatup, not a player, but it's got a look. Finally found a pickguard that I'll be attaching soon.
