Actually I own a Sandberg 5string custom made (predecessor of the basic series) in solid ash and clearcoat with 2 Delano humbuckers (passive/active), tuning machine on head (black plate) and tuning machine on bridge (from headless bass) - kinda weard, but I like it. Before that I had a LeFay 4string in solid jacaranda, small body but weighs a ton. The body was sort of sexy and the tone had an excellent punch. I sold it and I still regret it today.
