It's a Peavey Millennium Plus from around 2000. I replaced the stock pickups and preamp wanting Lakland tones (OG 55-02 Bartolini's, not the newer Lakland pups) with Peavey ergonomics (smaller body, thinner neck, smaller fretwire) and it's turned out to be a really great bass!
