So i can play only the guitar tone alone, only the bass tone alone or both at the same?

my music like Sumac, Russian Circles, Neurosis, Cult of Luna, etc with 2 player, bass and drum. but confused with some pedals I have, (with low budget) see on picture, my sound need like them, with a clean bass and a little dirty bass in one amps blending with guitar sound is really rough...
