Help with Unnatural Pick Attack Tone on Two Notes Opus

If mods can delete this - it turns out to be an issue with my IEM.. sounds like their bass driver in the earbud is blown. :( Took my buds out and do not hear the weird buzzing when picking - as heard over our PA

Help with Unnatural Pick Attack Tone on Two Notes Opus

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with my Two Notes Opus where I’m getting an unnatural "fuzz" or harshness that seems to be coming from my pick attack. It’s not distortion, but it has a strange tonal quality that I can’t quite dial out. Here’s my current setup and troubleshooting steps...

Simplified pickup wiring for BC Rich Mockingbird Bass

Just found this, looks like it should work. Not sure what capacitor I should use against the tone pot.

Simplified pickup wiring for BC Rich Mockingbird Bass

Need a wiring diagram for a basic 2 P-Bass, 2 volume, 1 tone, 1 three way switch setup. I have plans for the empty holes from og BC Rich wiring so don't mind those. I have two new SPB-3 pickups, two CTS-A500-MM pots and a CTS-B500-MM pot for tone, and a 3-way switch. The diagrams I've seen...

    Markbass replacement speakers

The left driver in my New York 212 cab unfotunately blew at an outdoor show a few weeks ago. In looking for a replacement, the consensus seems to be that current "in house" MarkBass speakers are not up to snuff, and that B&C drivers (what came originally) are a better option. Question is what...

Fernandes Mockingbird vs BC Rich Mockingbird differences

Also, what are the different models of the Fernandes Mockingbird series? I've seen MB-60, MB-65, MB-85 and MB-90. Not sure what the differences are. Haven't been able to dig up that info with google searching.

Fernandes Mockingbird vs BC Rich Mockingbird differences

I bought a nice used Fernandes Mockingbird bass from Japan a few years ago. I only know that there was a lawsuit at some point (I guess similar to the flying V guitar one in the 70s). From folks who have played both, what are the major differences between the two? I've already swapped in some...

Ashdown Rootmaster RM-414T or something else? Lightweight cabinets only. Budget 500-600 range

Ended up getting the Markbass New York 122 (212 rated at 800 watts with 2ohms). Sounds pretty good. May keep may Headlinre 115 (with Eminence 8ohm 500watt speaker) for some added bump.

Ashdown Rootmaster RM-414T or something else? Lightweight cabinets only. Budget 500-600 range

The Rootmaster RM-414T offers 450 watts at 4ohm and is only 47ish pounds. I found a local Markbass New York 122 for around that same price, but it's a 212. I play post-punk and some punk. I'm old, female and can't stomach lugging around the refrigerator on an upcoming tour. I use a Mesa/Boogie...
