Frankly, I think we should look into the mystical properties of A=220 and A=880 as well.
Getting the tone right should only take about 30 seconds though.
There have been a few times where I simply haven’t had the time to adjust knobs because everything was going sideways - that’s when right hand technique and the volume and tone (or filter) knob on the bass needs to rule the day...
Was sick last week, missed service.
This week WL was sick, and so it ended up being me on guitar and a member of the congregation agreed to sing.
Songs were chosen around 9:15-9:20 and service began just after 10.
Nobody died, so it all went off well enough!
