Looks a lot like a 60's early 70's CTS. Those landed in a lot of different makes of amps.

From what I've read about it I couldn't play it anyway but I sure could look it over for a while. Then take it to his family where it belongs.

Fit and finish is really good. Neck is great as it did come with maple just needed a small adjustment, about a 1/4 turn. Pickups are good sounding but a little noisey, backing off the tone helped a little there. Over all for the price can't be beat !
