    Epiphone Jack Casady wiring?

I think there's a problem in my brain trying to translate something from my language. What I meant was capacitors. It's not taken by a cellphone, by the way. I took the picture with a small Sony camera which is about 5 years old. I have no clue on what you meant with macro settings though...

    Epiphone Jack Casady wiring?

Sorry for being a little later than promised. But here it is. Invalid Link Removed. Invalid Link Removed. Invalid Link Removed. Haven't gotten around to the soldering and checking your schematic yet. Not sure on which transistors to buy and where... Ah well, I'll get there...

    Epiphone Jack Casady wiring?

I'm not in possession of a scanner, but I'm sure I could take a sharper picture than the one above... I'll try to make one tomorrow afternoon and send you a copy!

    Epiphone Jack Casady wiring?

Thanks a lot! You're a lifesaver. I'll give it a whirl saturday or sunday to check if it works this way. And it wasn't my photo, found it through Google on TB aswell. I have the exact diagram on paper, but found the same online, so why take a picture? ;) Thanks again!

    Epiphone Jack Casady wiring?

Hi there all of you, I just bought a JCS as a fixer upper... Everything's there, the pick up and the impedance switch. Pots are freshly bought, so I'm good to go. Except for the fact I have no idea on how to solder the wiring... I found one here, but I not all that well at reading what...

    Restoring a '76 Rickenbacker 4001

Ghehe, I almost forgot to update you guys a little :hiding: The Ric is now at the Sandberg workshop in Germany. There it will get a refret (the fretboard was more mangled than I/we thought) and a new layer on the top, since it was damaged with a chemical. The holes also will be filled with...

    Drum n Bass sounds?

Hi Janek, Now, I'm a huge fan of drum n bass, so automatically I adore these videos of yours. Well, I have a OC-2 and a MOOG LPF, but whatever I try. I'm not even getting close to this particular sound. What are your settings on the pedals? And do you use an expression pedal? Thanks in...

    Restoring a '76 Rickenbacker 4001

Well, if it's possible to get the frets out with only the bottom binding I recommend doing so. The topbinding has the dots in it, which makes it harder to replace if they are placed all the way through the binding into the fretboard

    Restoring a '76 Rickenbacker 4001

Finally I had the time to visit the luthier. Last visit there was to drop off the 4001, so far; the frets have been taken out the fretboard, fretboard has been sanded and strip one of the binding is replaced. Second strip is getting back on there first thing tomorrow... After which we can...

    dBbasses second build

Hey Diederick! Nice work, don't forget to update your topic on BGF, this mastery of bass building must get more attention! I guess this is the Brazilian wood you were waiting for? This neck suits your personal requirements?

    Restoring a '76 Rickenbacker 4001

Back from the luthier. I was there to pick up my Invalid Link Removed, which I also brought back to original condition  (I bought it, butchered from all it's hardware, no pick up, nothing! You have no idea how hard it is to find a JCB-1 pick up!) Back on the 4001! I took the Ric...

    Precision Bass Pickguard Differences?

First things first; there's no standard size in the book of Fender! ;) Throughout the years Fender chose to change/'improve' certain measurements et cetera to their liking. Especially the pickguards have been suffering under these changes. Holes that are moved, pickup dimensions that've...

    Restoring a '76 Rickenbacker 4001

Well Beej, if there's anything I would trust it's Babelfish! I'll continue in English, just so you don't feel all left out ;) How many necks did you make? Where do you get all these types of wood? And Rics do have the tendency to age beautifully. Going to Rob tomorrow to pick up my JCS and...

En daar hebben we Diederik! Ook lang niet meer op BGF langsgeweest. Hoe staat 't met je nieuwe zelfbouwproject?
