Current Setup

For the Bass! I got a 60's Fender Bassman head with the matching 2x15 cab and some 4x10's"not to sure what the make is but I'd guess and old Sun or Acoustic" and my new rig a SWR Mo'Bass head pushing 2 18" cabs and a 300 watt slave amp pushing 2 EV 15" cabs with horns. Some say its excessive, but I tend to disagree. And all I need is my Fender Jazz Bass with an active preamp, noiseless pickups to make it growl. :) O ya I got a Peavey TKO 115 which I use for keyboards now.

Favorite Genres

Gospel, contempory Gospel, funk/soul, R&B,hip hop, Jazz, Blues, And some soul full rock that runed my crazy gospel musicians.

Gigs and Ensembles

I've toured around the country with the NAACP's ACT-SO Jazz ensemble, I've played in a long stream of churches including but not limited to COGIC, Babtist, Non-Denominational, and Luthran once. I've also do series of recording/live projects with varies local artist like Breath of Praise. Now I'm currently involved with a multi-media empire thats about to unleach havac opon 2010, "EST"_is_ME

I'm a musical pack rat that occasionally sell gear in order to feed my obsession and when I say occasionally sell its usually to someone I know so I have to really part with my past.

Hmmm. I would say a Michael Tobias 5 or 6. and maybe a SWR 8x10's or 6x10s I'm not to greedy.

Influences and Teachers

Well, I'm a guitarist by trade, but I started in high school when the Jazz band had the guitar spit filled, But, My playing in general are influenced in bass players because of there diversity in music. But My influences would be Mr. Roland Wallace that was the conductor for ACT-SO, Doc Woods another bass player that some how taught me chord theory within a weekend, My boy Corey who pushes my musical limits that would be possible without his sick playing (he's the baddest musician in general I've seen in the area) Da'shawn for inspireing me as a musician, wasn't for you young guns pushing the limit of convention I don't where I'd be. Larry McCray and his brother Steve and cousin Stan (Who is super Funky) for showing me how it is done. Then You got Andrew Gouche, Vic, Marcus Miller, Stanly Clark, Esperanza Spaulding, Victor Baily, And anybody funky. Just some names there.
