Good info thanks, I had an old school rat with the modded lm308 chip in it back in 2009, and that thing was insane sounded so good. Like a dummy sold it when the band broke up. I know the rabbit hole goes deep with this style of pedal.
Cool, good to hear it had good low end retaining. I’d throw a few layers of painters tape over that bright led. Would love to try a big booty Judy (thing sounds bonkers) but won’t have the coin for a bit.
Nice there we go! Thanks Coreyfyfe! 🤘🏼
I know he recorded allot of the last few albums with an Ampeg b15 as well. (Makes me want to try this out but $565 ouch! But I guess allot cheaper than the real thing.
I’m pretty set on just budgeting for a used Mesa head. There are a few that from what I’m learning have different voices would be a good way to put it. Just need to dig deeper into their line and listen/watch some more YouTube vids on the different offerings. I guess id like to get the one has...

Hey Pep, appreciate the welcome! I’ll check out the Mesa offerings. The Bugera is actually pretty affordable $469 new. Was thinking a used would be around $3 or so. But I’ll dig deeper into the mesa budget is a factor but if I could find a good deal on one.
