I bet that amp is great in the studio with a nice (weathered) broken-in sealed 15" cab & condenser mic. Currently the tube head (Ag's DB359) I have been using is so weight-prohibitive for gigs (it stays home) and it's not super silent for recording, unless it in a separate room from the cab...
