Hello Stefan, I don't know what's causing the problem, but most likely there's something with the pots, wiring or the pickups. Both can be resolved. Maybe a luthier in your neighbourhood can help you with the pots and/or wiring. If it's the pickups, AphekGreg can help you with his replacement...
