Actually I'm buying it for €1300 from a guy who bought it in the US. I think he travels a lot for work and is a bass player himself.

Thanks both of you! Actually i'm not THAT good player, but i've just always wanted a '57 or '62. I've tried a lot of basses and I'm always returning to my Japanese P, so I could say i'm a 'Precision player', and maybe it's time for a more serious Precision :). Anyway, I've got the chance to buy...

I've been gassing on an AVRI P for too long and i'm finally about to get one. Now with this new American Vintage series Fender released i'm not sure what to get... Is the new series better in any way or can somebody tell me the differences between them?
