    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Appreciated. I can hold it steady with my left arm. With enough time, effort, and practice, I may learn how to use my left hand more ‍♂️ Anything is possible.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

It seems to me that although you are fine with personal choice to the contrary, you are against modifying a right (flipping the strings) and are for adapting to play a right, even if that results in learning the strings upside down. For learning, construction of the bass etc. Am I right?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

If I'm correct you're opinion is to learn flipped upside down including the strings?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

I don't have any plans at this point so no idea, but thanks!

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

I am indeed. On a regular bass guitar is my goal though. I can play trumpet, but don't love horns.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

If I'm reading you correctly, you're advicating playing a rarer lefty bass with the string restrung upside-down so rights flipped would be playable? I realize that it might be more ergonomic but otherwise why not just play on a right? And Bill Clements! One of the reasons I'm even going to try.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Just to clarify are you saying you play and may suggest taking a righy and turning it upside-down and restringing it or turning it upside-down fully as is and learning the strings upside down?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

I'm not sure what difference that would make though. Could you tell me?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Similar to my third option if I'm reading right. Playing a standard as normal but reach across to the neck? Plucking might be interesting in that position though.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

I'm unfortunately one to collect. Leftys are also more expensive.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Could you clarify a bit? My right hand is my fully functioning hand. How would tab still make sense if restrung?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

I have no decisions made. Bass was recommended to me because it's less based on chords. The chances of having to borrow a lefty is...low I'm going to guess. I'm the kind who goes in for collections as well so limited lefty options would suck.

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Is this a right bass restrung or just flipped?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

By flipped as well do you mean take a right and flip it upside-down as is, and learn with or flip it and restring it?

    Left, Right, Upside-down?

Hi, I'm learning one handed (right). I'm trying to decide whether to play a lefty or right flipped upside-down. Pros of the flipped? A lot more choice when buying guitars, can play when I don't have my lefty with people. Cons: I'm learning upside-down. Learning materials won't match. Left...
