    Cross-Over (Crossover or Splitter) pedals

So looks like it'd work similar to a Klein bottle with the trails turned off. Ah well, setting H/L pass filters independently isn't the trickiest thing to do.

    Cross-Over (Crossover or Splitter) pedals

Niche question: is there anything that does what the Great Eastern XO does, but with the crossover post-effects loop? Got a use case that involves a low-passed envelope filter. A Klein Bottle or an envelope filter with its own effects loop/side chain would be other ways to skin this cat, but...

Preach. Add the option for stereo output and I might never look at another EQ again.

How are you using your Broughton Resonant Filter Equalizer?

I use RFE as a tool for getting an instrument to sit just right in a mix. My 3 cents: (a) Keep the resonance controls under noon (generally). Use these controls like salt - add some, but not too much. (b) Use it in context. If you're playing through headphones, try playing along with backing...

    Split coil GUITAR pickups???

IIRC, Seymour Duncan 'Duckbucker' and 'Vintage Rail' strat pickups are basically this in a single housing.

    EMG BQC in a Pedal?

Mozztronics FP-1 ticks a lot of boxes - transparent EQ, sweepable mid, about the size you're looking for, and retails here in Aus for the equivalent of about $200USD. But like others have said; if you love the BQC, put that in a box with a battery and go forth!

Recommendations for a Modern 5 String Bass

Cole Clark basses tick all the boxes, if you can find one locally. The 5 string has an 18mm spacing iirc.

HLPF & RFE. One each for bass & geetar. And SVF, but that's for a dual-mono setup. My collection of Broughtons is an alphabet soup.

How do I make my bass approximate a Hammond Organ sound?

Mucking around with a B9 pedal and grasping its limitations has sure helped me appreciate just how much a top-tier organ player is doing at any given moment. A hammond organ is a fiendishly complex instrument. Seconding what @Roland GR 88 said, those pedals need a steady technique and...

How do I make my bass approximate a Hammond Organ sound?

Don't forget the rotary speaker simulator, the Mod control on the B9 is pretty limited. The EHX Lester G and Strymon Lex both do a great job.

What are you looking for in the Fliptop? It's a great pedal, but there's more than one way to skin a B15.

No specific timeline for Fliptops, afaik. It hasn't been mentioned in the recent emails, and I think the last drop was February this year. My best guess is that new ones will be a while off.

All Hail the Lowly Tilt EQ!!

Mozztronics CS-2 has one as well, but how it's implemented on the Smoothie comp is my fave by a country mile.
