    Pickup type or Bass sound on "Tin Man"?

    It was Joe Osborn. He played a Jazz made in 1960. Was given to him by Fender. He used LaBella flat wound strings and never changed strings in 20 years. He played with a pick. He only used the neck pickup. He played thru a direct box at this recording.
