Hi guys. Would using my MXR bass fuzz deluxe in conjunction with the mammoth clone clean up my fuzz and make it more synth sounding? Muse cover songs( I know, boring age old discussion )that were chucking into our set.

Thinking of adding one of these to my arsenal (Ric 4003, Jazz)...have read a lot about them. And the general consensus is that they are a worthy bass. Just fancy something a bit different. Plus they're English® made!! Got the be good!! Any owners on here that have a good knowledge and playing...

Having just received this pedal ( although it sounds great ) I didn't realise it was monophonic and you have to play it really clean in between notes otherwise it cuts out when funking out too fast or slapping your way up and down the neck. I thought being 2016 it would have polophony built in...

Yeah yeah yeah ha ha..I think me being in my forties isn't "infant mentality" having spoke to some bass playing mates they all say it's a fault with the amp. New things can be faulty occasionally. (I hope)

Thanks mate. I hear ya. Even when I'm adjusting the EQ for highs it still sound very muddy. See what the AD says in the morning. Cheers.

Had a big muff deluxe plugged in..but i wasn't playing overly loud. Could it just be a fault or could I have blown something? Never had it going into the red vu meter?

ha ha. Is there a chance that I could have blown my 4x10 or 1x15 horns?? Like I say, I'm new to the game....stepping out from behind the drum kit! ;)

Hi all. I'm new to this bass game...having just bought an Ashdown ABM 600 head this morning the treble just stop working for me. The equaliser seems to be ok, just the actual knob not reponding whilst turning up and down. The unit hasn't been banged or dropped..it just went muddy this morning...
