Gigs and Ensembles

I currently play with a group called "Dr Swing" - although I play alto sax instead of bass with this group. I also play with a duo that is currently on hiatus. We go by "Wanderin' Wheel". We have a cd available on cdbaby..

Influences and Teachers

I was formerly taught by Dale Andersen. He is a highly respected professional bassist in the metro Detroit area.
Influences include Christian McBride and a Detroit native by the name of Mike Karoub. Mike has an amazing two handed slapping technique that I have never seen anywhere else.
