My DIY Hofner Ignition from Aliexpress Body and Hardware. I used Fender acoustic bass phosphor bronze string and they sound just fine - no issues with the magnetic pickups not getting the signals. I did not install the pickguard, and had to put in the nut and the frets.

Hi, I just started learning the bass about 1 year ago. I went and bought 3 Rogue basses in the past year - the latest is the V100 that I got for cheap from MF on eBay. Really enjoyed modifying them by putting in cheap active 2-band preamp EQ.
