    Schecter Omen 4 bass

    I have an opportunity to purchase one for $250 seems to be in mint cond. I am a beginner on bass, and am unaccomplished player on a 6 string acoustic. Would like to set goal to play for church band. Can someone advise me on this model? I know nothing about these. Thanks, John
