Influences and Teachers

Many good bass players over the years. I was always attracted to, among others, Dee Murray's sweet and incredibly melodic playing. (being a big Elton John fan for 35 years)
Was a wanna be "closet" bass player for many decades! But played mainly brass instruments all my life until about 4 years ago. Came out, so to speak, brought a bass and applied myself to it. Having great fun and making steady progress. Its the best instrument.

Hobbies and Interests

Listening to music. Different non musical roles in musical theatre. Beer tasting. BBQs in the summer
