I really appreciate your and sunbeast's responses! The TT-800 is pretty darn mind blowing! Glad I found one. I was just curious if what I'm hearing is normal especially given the initial problems with the switch not engaging properly. There are no TT-800's around right now up here in Canada...

Is the bright switch on the TT-800 the same as the one on the 800+? I really like the bright switch on my 800+ and is as you describe it but on the TT-800, it adds 'hiss and clankiness'. I have to dial the treble way back on either channel to make it usable. I'm wondering if there is an issue...
