Just a comment, I see a lot of peeps posting basses for sale with belt buckle wear on the backside of the body. I been playing bass/guitar for almost 40 yrs and never had this happen. Are you all stuffing your shirts in your pants like Elmer Fudd?
You need to hang the t-shirt or button down...
I have been using a Ampeg PF 500 head and a Fender rumble 4/10 cab. I replaced the speakers with Legends, giving me 600 watts at 8ohms.
I recently played a gig and had the Amp vol cranked to about 3-4 o clock and felt like I had no power coming out and was hard pressed to get a good clean sound...
I just got of these, it's great bass. However, I changed the strings to D'ADARIOS 45-105, seem to be the same gauge that was on there, but now the intonation is a bit out. The bass is in tune but could be me but seems a tad off. Any thoughts?
G&L L 2000 Tribute, replaced plastic nut with bone. Sunburst color with matching headstock. The bass plays and sounds great. It is in great shape with a minor nick on the top back of the body. This is not noticeable. Serious inquiries only. Thanks
I have a hard time spending 1200 for a Mexican made bass. Although, I like the look and it sounds nice, but kind of nervous to pull the trigger. I have an American S. jazz with 60 pups, and its my go to.
