Hi everyone, thinking of getting the SBMM SS4. Through some limited research here in TB as well as in YT and seems like I should get one. Although I heard some people complaining about the quality of knobs. Can anyone let me know whether they had any knob/pot issues? Thanks in advance

Well spent some more time with the unit. So far so good. Though once the editor started crashing while clearing some IR slots. Even closing the editor and then opening wouldn't work for some 5-10mins. Then again it started working. It's not a big deal as I just need the editor to load IRs...

I suppose you're talking about the Startlift pre and B15 combination. Even the HPF at 20hz this IR sounded very tight on bottom end. This is the B15 IR captured at Cap, 12 inches away by U47 microphone. Will try the IRs with same cab/mic combo captured closer than 12 inches with added HPF...

Hi there, my NUX NBP-5 just arrived this afternoon. Fiddled around all evening. It is working like a charm. Out of the box it came with updated firmware V4. No cable issues, straightaway detected by the editor software. Though I pre installed the driver before connecting NBP-5. No problem so far...
